John Thomas Tyldesley; 22 November 1873, Worsley, Lancashire – 27 November 1930, Monton, Eccles, Lancashire) was a Lancashire and England cricketer. He was one of the best batsmen of his time. Despite his flair he scored highly and consistently.

Or possibly JT Tyldesley's younger brother: (George) Ernest Tyldesley (5 February 1889, Worsley, Lancashire, England – 5 May 1962, Rhos-on-Sea, Denbighshire, Wales). Also a Lancashire batsman - and Lancashire's highest ever scorer - but not as frequent a player for England as his elder brother.

Tiddlywinks is a game where players attempt to shoot small discs into a cup or at a horizontal target from varying distances using other small discs.
