- "My name is Legion: for we are many." - Legion is a demon composed of many demons appearing in three of the four gospels. Legion plagues a man from Gadarenes incesantly until they are cast out by Jesus into a herd of swine. The rumours regarding HCE plague him and "are many", but apparently so to are his beneficiaries.
